Real-time odds (actual shoe odds) In addition to fresh shoe odds, the Ultimate version of Blackjack X can display actual shoe odds in real-time. These EVs are calculated based on the actual state of the deck/shoe. They show you the optimal decisions you could make if you had a perfect system for counting cards. The actual shoe EVs are displayed in gray above the fresh shoe EVs. If the best actual shoe EV doesn't match the best fresh shoe EV, it's displayed in bright green.
