Real-time odds (fresh shoe odds) Blackjack X can display the Expected Value (EV) of every possible decision in real-time, as you play. The Expected Value is the amount you can expect to win (or lose) if you make the corresponding decision. The EVs are normalized, i.e., divided by the amount of the initial bet. "Fresh shoe" EVs are calculated as if the cards were shuffled right before the current hand. These are the EVs if you consider the hand by itself.
